Dear friend,

Once again I was listening to a recording of Swami Kriyananda from the Treasures Along the Path series. He provided an analogy for raising our energy to face challenges.  Swamiji said if you are going to lift a bucket and don’t know that it is full, you might really hurt yourself. If however, if you know it is full, you can lift it without problem.

The Boy Scout motto “Be prepared” must be the best approach. We will continue to face challenges, both expected and surprises. If we can go through our days with our energy raised to meet them, it will all go much more smoothly.

Blessings along your path,
Nityananda
