We do not grow spiritually by being faced with great challenges. We grow by accepting them. Suffering does not burn through the karma we came here to resolve. It is by remaining centered in our love for God as we face our karma that we complete it. It is when karma has no power over us that we are freed.
We can become as attached to pain as we are to pleasures. Resist the temptation to swim in the ocean of problems and suffering. Rise above the waves.
Blessings,
Timothy
