Participation in all classes, student teaching sessions, and at least one daily sadhana session is required in order to receive a certificate of completion.

There are seven required sadhanas (marked with *). “Sadhanas” include Energization Exercises, chanting, gentle Yoga postures, and time for silent, sitting meditation.
