Practical Spiritual Tools for Daily Life
The Heart of Yogananda's Teachings

Not scheduled at this time.

with Nayaswami Diksha and Nayaswami Gyandev

With Paramhansa Yogananda’s emphasis on down-to-earth applications of spiritual principles and techniques, he inspired—and continues to inspire—millions of people around the world, including such luminaries as Mahatma Gandhi, Luther Burbank, George Harrison, and Steve Jobs. Come awaken and engage the power of your heart and mind to accomplish what you want to accomplish in life, to realize your true potential as you learn to:

• Live at a higher level of energy.

• Increase and apply the power of your mind.

• Practice foundational techniques of the path of Kriya Yoga.

• Overcome difficult karma.

• Make the most of the unlimited power of your heart.

• Become a magnet for success.

• Cultivate unshakeable happiness.

• Use yoga techniques for health and healing.

You’ll receive an entire booklet of potent techniques and insightful teachings on these subjects —all from Yogananda and his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda, and developed exclusively for this course.

Your instructors—Nayaswamis Gyandev and Diksha—have been sharing these gems of wisdom and practicality for decades. They are constantly inspired by the many ways in which these teachings and techniques have an immediate, positive impact on people’s lives. They would love to help the same thing happen for you.
