A Flow Series Program:

In this transformative retreat, you will awaken within you the energy and knowledge to meet every challenge with confidence, calmness, and courage. You can live life successfully and harmoniously, expressing your highest self and creatively accomplishing and attracting that which you’ve always wanted. You need only to alter your inner knowing.

Through experiential exercises, discussions, and discourses you’ll explore how to build on your strengths and change inner misconceptions that give birth to worry, fear, and nervousness. You’ll gain ways to free yourself from self-limiting, habitual attitudes and habit patterns to embrace soul-empowering strength.

During this weekend you will:

  • Learn a powerful technique of meditation
  • Gain clarity about yourself through nteractive exercises
  • Identify and capitalize on your inner strengths
  • Learn techniques to change your consciousness
  • Participate in group study and discussion
  • Receive guidance in introspection, and much more

This weekend is taught by Nayaswami Mantradevi. A long-time and experienced teacher, she has a talent for helping people gain inner clarity and find ways to take the next step in their unfoldment. With a definite goal in mind, the loose structure of her classes allows for the needs of the students to take it in the direction that works for them, in order to arrive at  the final goal. She creates a relaxed environment for inner exploration and supplies you with techniques to find success with your newly awakened inner revelations.

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.

Have Courage, Calmness & Confidence! starts the afternoon of the first date listed and ends with lunch on the last date listed. Check-in is anytime between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at our Front Desk. Your room will be available by 3:00 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30. The first gathering of your group is after dinner.

You can add extra personal retreat days before and/or after your program. Check availability and costs for the days and accommodations that you require.

Have Courage, Calmness & Confidence! starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
