Is it time to take your Kriya Yoga practice to the next level? Then come explore a spectrum of classical pranayama techniques—as well as some simple upgrades to your Hong-Sau and Energization practice—that will bring a greater sense of flow and dynamism to your practice of Kriya. You’ll experience:

  • How to find the “sticking points” in your Kriya practice, and help smooth them away
  • Special exercises for easier, more natural breathing
  • Greater awareness of and control over the spinal energy currents
  • Refinements to your Energization practice via an in-depth workshop
  • Time for questions & answers with a Kriyacharya
  • A menu of pranayama practices from which you can choose to meet the needs of any given meditation
  • Plenty of practice time for both pranayama and Kriya

Prerequisite: Participants must be Ananda Kriya Yoga initiates.

Your instructor for the weekend is Nayaswami Gyandev, director of Ananda Yoga, main instructor for Ananda's Advanced Pranayama course, and creator of the 2-CD set, Pranayama for Deeper Meditation, which participants will receive as part of their weekend (as CDs or MP3 download).

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.

Pranayama Clinic for Kriyabans starts the afternoon of the first date listed and ends with lunch on the last date listed. Check-in is anytime between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at our Front Desk. Your room will be available by 3:00 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30. The first gathering of your group is after dinner.

Pranayama Clinic for Kriyabans starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
