Yogananda Answers
Soul-satisfying answers to your deep questions

Not scheduled at this time.

“As a bright light shining in the midst of darkness, so was Yogananda’s presence in this world. Such a great soul comes on earth only rarely,
when there is a real need among men.”

—The Shankaracharya of Kanchipuram

Paramhansa Yogananda (1893–1952), one of the most renowned and beloved yoga masters of the 20th century, is the author of the spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi. One of the first teachers to bring yoga to the West, Yogananda emphasized direct inner experience of God, which he called “Self-realization.” He spoke of the underlying unity of all religions and the importance of love for God combined with scientific techniques of meditation.

Speaking personally: I had been drawn to religion as a child, but over the years I lost interest in it. My questions weren’t being answered, and there were aspects of the religious philosophy that didn’t make sense to me.

When I discovered the teachings of Yogananda, my heart soared. I’ve been studying his teachings deeply now for over 40 years. I’ve never for a moment been disappointed by what he says. Far from it. I am continually amazed and thrilled by how deeply satisfying, practical, and inspiring his message is.

During this program, we will follow your particular interests, which can be as wide-ranging as our group. Some of the topics we may delve into include:

• How to be happy
• Karma, death, reincarnation
• Magnetism, energy, will power
• Getting rid of habits, creating success
• How to love and be loved
• How to meditate
• Questions about God, the soul, heaven, hell, sin, prayer, and more

This promises to be a time of thought-provoking, soul-satisfying discussion. Please join us!
