Path of the Heart

Not scheduled at this time.

with Nayaswami Mukti

Take a weekend to be free to let your heart relax and open naturally—in a supportive and inspiring environment.

For two days, let’s put aside all the problems that need to be handled, all the worries and “shoulds.” You will be guided in how to relax in a new and surprisingly powerful way. By the end of these two short days, you will feel uniquely refreshed and uplifted.

This is a weekend to BE, in the truest and highest way. You will be guided through beautiful, heart-opening experiences—each one used for centuries to help people relax and connect with their own true nature.

You will experience:

  • Gentle stretches to relax the body and help your energy flow more freely
  • Heart-expanding experiences in nature
  • Gentle breathing techniques (pranayama) to balance and uplift your energy
  • Devotional chanting to open the heart and raise your energy
  • Guided healing prayers –Yogananda’s method to help you tangibly experience healing energy in your own body and hands and to share that with others.
  • A simple, highly effective technique of meditation

You can take this experience home and live more in this way—with your heart open to divine peace, love, and joy—your true nature, confident and centered even in the midst of your busy life.
