Raw Kale Salad

Excellent refreshment on a warm spring day

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Marinating time: 1 hour

 

Serves: 6
Spring

Prepare the marinade by mixing in a bowl:
   1/4 cup olive oil
   2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
   2 tablespoons tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos
   1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Wash:
   1 large bunch fresh green kale

Separate the kale leaves from their stems and wash the leaves. Dry leaves thoroughly, preferably in a salad
