Join us in celebrating Nayaswami Jyotish’s 80th Birthday!
A day to show our love and gratitude, and share friendship with Ananda’s beloved Spiritual Director, in appreciation for a life dedicated to serving God and bringing the light to those seeking truth all over the world.
This is an in-person event. The celebration party will be in the afternoon on Saturday, August 5th, at the Crystal Hermitage at Ananda Village.

About Jyotish:
Before his passing, Swami Kriyananda named Nayaswami Jyotish his spiritual successor. Nayaswami Jyotish assumed this role upon Swamiji’s passing in 2013. Rather than it being a whole new role, however, it was more of a continuation and deepening of who he was and what he was already doing.
Since the beginning of Ananda, Nayaswami Jyotish has worked closely with Swamiji, readily accepting leadership responsibility for major aspects of Ananda’s work and being a part of developing almost every aspect of Ananda worldwide.
Nayaswami Jyotish—warm, thoughtful, kind, and wise, a loving friend to all, with a delightful sense of humor. He has an expansive sense of creativity that spans many levels and areas, from teaching, writing, counseling, creating beautiful paintings and more. Through all these mediums he inspires thousands to delve deeper into their search for God. He and his wife, Nayaswami Devi, travel widely and have devoted nearly 50 years to sharing inspiration and insight gained from a lifetime of dedication on the spiritual path. Together they oversee Ananda’s activities worldwide.
Nayaswami Jyotish is the author of How to Meditate, Lessons in Meditation, Thirty Day Essentials for Career, and Thirty Day Essentials for Marriage and Meditation Therapy(TM) .He and Nayaswami Devi are co-authors of the ‘Touch of Light’ book series, compilations of their weekly blogs.

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Nayaswami Jyotish's 80th Birthday Celebration starts the afternoon of the first date listed and ends with lunch on the last date listed. Check-in is anytime between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at our Front Desk. Your room will be available by 3:00 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30. The first gathering of your group is after dinner.

Nayaswami Jyotish's 80th Birthday Celebration starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
