Especially for those with prior yoga experience: This is an opportunity to experience breath, energy flows, and affirmations more deeply through holding the poses longer with focused attention. During this program you will:
- Experience pranayama (breath and energy control) combined with yoga postures;
- Learn to adapt the poses for your own body;
- Feel good physically, as well as experience asanas for spiritual growth.
