Expanding Light Vitality Dressing Recipe
A healthful salad dressing (it’s also great on steamed vegetables, cooked grains, and beans).

Preparation time: 10 minutes


Makes: 2 cups
All Year

Combine in a bowl:
    2 cups canola or olive oil*
    1/2 cup tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos
    2 teaspoons ground coriander
    2 teaspoons powdered ginger
    2 teaspoons powdered cumin
    2 teaspoons dried basil
    2 teaspoons dried dill weed
    3 teaspoons granulated onion
    4 teaspoons prepared Dijon mustard

Stir well, or pour into blender and mix on low speed for one minute.

*If using olive oil, this dressing may harden when refrigerated. Should this occur, place the container in hot water for a few minutes before serving.
