Kalidas has been practicing holistic nutrition, yoga, and meditation for 8 years and has found that there are some universal principles that can guide one on the pathway to healing of body, mind, and soul.

Some examples of these principles are:

  • Whole foods that are abundant with life-force are best for the body. Modified and processed foods contain fewer nutrients.
  • One\'s attitude and intention play a large role in healing.
  • Becoming fanatical and overly concerned about one’s diet can be an obstacle to success.
  • Bringing spiritual awareness into all aspects of life is the greatest way to become vibrant and healthy.
