- some in a beautiful family-style house; some nice, basic rooms.

We have successfully made arrangements for additional accommodations for Spiritual Renewal Week. As this is written we have a few beds left in a terrific, large, family-style house in Ananda Village – called Gaia House. (These will go fast.)

AND – we have many rooms available at an excellent nearby camp called Shady Creek, which is a 6-minute drive from The Expanding Light parking lot. All rooms are clean and feel great. They are basic but very good accommodations - details of the three types of accommodations available at Shady Creek follow:

There are 3 private rooms for couples with Queen beds and one shared bath for the 3 rooms. These 3 - called Conference Center Rooms - are in one module. The complete price for these rooms (accommodations, meals, and classes) is $151/person per day, or $910/person for the full 7 days.

There are freestanding cabins called Mountain Cabins. These little buildings are only six years old and have sliding glass doors opening to a deck overlooking the woods. These are a bit more upscale than Crescent Lodge, below. The complete price for the cabins (accommodations, meals, and classes) is $141/person per day, or $840/person for the full 7 days.

And finally, in Crescent Lodge there are contiguous rooms made of rammed earth and with evaporative coolers.

These will be the coolest and are also the most basic. We will put one person up and one down in these rooms. (You can probably get a queen bed both up and down.) The complete price for the Lodge rooms (accommodations, meals, and classes) is $141/person per day, or $840/person for the full 7 days.

At both Mountain Cabins and Crescent Lodge, there are some queen beds and some bunks. There are excellent men’s and women’s shower houses close by. We will only be putting 2 people in a room (unless you prefer more), but the facilities are often used for kids and there are more bunks in the rooms than will be used. Other furnishings are minimal to non-existent.

If you stay at Gaia House or Shady Creek, all meals and events are at The Expanding Light Retreat (and are included in the prices above). These will simply provide a great place for you to sleep and store your clothes and gear.

All guests staying at Shady Creek will have open access to a lovely swimming pool. Bring your bathing suit!

You may stay at Shady Creek as many nights as you wish! Gaia House reservations are for the full week only.
