Hatha Yoga Teacher

Uddhava is a Registered Level II Yoga Teacher. He recently rejoined The Expanding Light staff after living in Portland, Oregon where he was the Director of Ananda Portland Yoga and taught a 7½-month Yoga Teacher Training program each year.

He began teaching in yoga in 1996 with his focus on Extra-Gentle Yoga for seniors and people with special needs. Uddhava has 3000 hours of yoga teaching experience sharing Ananda Yoga® in fitness centers, parks and recreations centers, and corporations throughout Oregon.  He is also certified to teach yoga for people with heart problems.
