This informative and hands-on program will provide you answers and strategies to begin creating a diet that works best for your health and lifestyle.

By eating what is right for you, you become attuned to your body’s needs. When out of balance, you tend to crave foods that are not good for you. During this weekend, you will learn simple, effective, and balanced ways to restore and maintain health.

A simple and fun cooking experience is part of this weekend. Learn how easy and fast it can be to make food with fresh, natural ingredients.

has studied and experimented with diet and nutrition for over 35 years. She has a wide range of knowledge and experience with the principles of health and eating that will bring about health success on every level: physical, mental, and spiritual.

Kalidas Hansen

has been practicing holistic nutrition, yoga, and meditation for 8 years and has found that there are some universal principles that can guide one on the pathway to healing of body, mind, and soul. He’s an excellent cook and loves to experiment with imaginative ways of presenting food.

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.

Yoga of Food & Diet for Health & Wellness starts the afternoon of the first date listed and ends with lunch on the last date listed. Check-in is anytime between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. at our Front Desk. Your room will be available by 3:00 p.m. Dinner is at 6:30. The first gathering of your group is after dinner.

You can add extra personal retreat days before and/or after your program. Check availability and costs for the days and accommodations that you require.

Yoga of Food & Diet for Health & Wellness starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
