One of the 4 basic meditation or energy control techniques taught by Paramhansa Yogananda in the Kriya Yoga Path. We teach the Hong-Sau Technique of Concentration in almost every program we offer at The Expanding Light.
Hong-Sau technique is profound in its simplicity and its power. Yogananda called it “one of India’s greatest gifts to the world.” Most guests who have tried to learn meditation on their own are thrilled at how much more effective the Hong-Sau technique is.
Extending the kingdom of your heart
"O Divine Mother, teach me to use the gift of Thy love in my heart to love others.
"The sun and moon and earth and all things are held together by the bonding force of God’s love. If we want to know Him, we must not keep our love isolated and small, but conjoin it to divine love.”
—Paramhansa Yogananda

1. For one day, view others as an extension of your own self.
2. Step into another person’s point of view, and try to see life from their perspective.
