  1. Entered into service as Pharmacy Physician in the Govt. Ayurveda College Pharmacy, Trippunithura, 1961.
  2. Worked as Medical Officer in the Department of Indian Systems of Medicine 1962 to 1967.
  3. Worked as District Indigenous Medical Officer Trainee for one year 1967.
  4. Worked as District Indigenous Medical Officer from 1968 to 1976.
  5. Worked as Deputy Director of Indian Systems of Medicine from 1976 to 1979.
  6. Worked as Joint Director of Indian Systems of Medicine from 1979 to 1983
  7. Member of Ayurveda Nurses and Pharmacists Examination Board, 1980.
  8. Member of selection committee in the Institute of Phanchakarma, Chrruthuruthy, 1981.
  9. Selection Committee Member for recruitment of Class III and IV staff of the Regional Research Institute Drugs Research, Government of India, Poojappura, 1982.
  10. Member of Faculty of Ayurveda and Board of studies in Ayurveda in the Calicut University.
  11. Took Charge of the Director, Indian Systems of Medicine from 1983 to 1986.
  12. Reappointed as a Special Officer for Ayurveda Research Center for Folk Medicine and Folk Medical Therapy, Kerala State from 1986-1987.
  13. Now working as the Chief Physician at Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital and Yoga Center, Chowara P.O., Trivandrum, Kerala, India,  for the last 14 years, 1995-2009.
