I am blessed to be part of part of The Expanding Light since 2003.Over the years,I felt more comfortable with staff, surroundings and Ananda yoga.My husband and myself enjoy visiting at least once a year and enjoy the surroundings.Most important quality I gained through meditation and Nayaswami Gyandevji’s teachings The art of Forgiveness.I was stuck with my reasonings, Indian culture and holding the inside hurt.I learn to detach,to love and forgive with open heart.Most of the times my house hold is smooth because of the guidance of Ananda yoga teachings.My students are learning through my teachings and so is my family.I can’t say enough Thanks to Expanding Light staff and environment.
