Prerequisite: Graduation from Ananda Yoga Teacher Training.

This Level 2 teacher training program is offered on a space available basis to Ananda Yoga Teacher Training graduates who have at least 100 hours or one year of yoga teaching experience after completing Level 1 or Bridge to Ananda Yoga. Patricipants will get personal coaching in adapting poses for individual needs, plus hands-on experience as an Ananda Yoga Teacher Training program assistant.
