Yoga Getaway for Labor Day
3-day weekend
There are no dates currently scheduled.
Give yourself a marvelous gift at the end of your busy summer: Take a weekend getaway that will leave you feeling physically rejuvenated and mentally “awake and ready” for the coming change of seasons. The transition between summer and fall is the perfect time to change your pace and refresh your inner resources.
At your Yoga Getaway Weekend you will use yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, as well as principles of Ayurveda to find the balance, harmony, and strength you need to greet Fall 2010 with joy and a sense of empowerment.
Ayurveda is an ancient science that teaches us how to work with different energies within ourselves, as well as within the seasons of the year. Fall is a time of great internal and external changing, so it’s ideal to tune in to how to make the most of this.
