During this 2-day program (Sunday afternoon – Tuesday lunch), you will learn techniques of yoga to improve your health in body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll discover the healing power of posture, movement, energy flows, breath, self-talk, and focus. During group classes, you’ll gain important self-assessment and therapeutic techniques. In your private session(s), you’ll work with program leader Maitri Jones to go deeper in how to apply what you learned in class to your individual needs.
You’ll leave with a yoga routine designed for you personally—to help you take your next step forward toward increased health and well-being.
Yoga therapy can be used for easing of symptoms, prevention of illness, and an improved sense of well-being. Yoga therapy works at deeper levels of being, where health challenges originate. It will be applied to your own individual needs.
Please arrive on Sunday at least by 2:30 pm. Though our Expanding Light programs generally begin after dinner, this one begins at 3 pm to allow more time for individual assessments. Class size is limited, so please register early.

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Personalized Therapeutic Yoga starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
