In this lightly structured weekend, you’ll be guided through activities that will help you relax much more deeply than you can do on your own. You’ll feel renewed and uplifted as if you’d been able to enjoy a much longer vacation!

Your weekend, hosted by one of Ananda’s healing “specialists,” Maitri Jones, includes the opportunity for two sessions of guided Energization Exercises, yoga postures, and meditation daily (before breakfast and before dinner).

Your Saturday morning class with Maitri will take you through a process of gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and meditation, to help you ease away all stresses.

A free afternoon on Saturday allows you time for a healing massage (at extra charge) from Ananda’s Center for Radiant Health, or time for a long walk on our 800 acres of forest and meadowland.

Saturday evening, you’ll enjoy a guided session of Restorative Yoga. Restorative Yoga is effortless. You rest, supported by pillows and folded blankets, in poses that open areas of the body where most tensions are stored.
