In your free time you may choose to walk in the woods, visit Crystal Hermitage, read, meditate in the Lahiri Shrine, visit with others, or simply sit by the beautiful Lotus Lake.

Additional services such as Ayurvedic consultation, Shirodhara treatment, foot reflexology, healing prayer session, and more can be purchased in advance or at the time of your retreat at additional cost.
