Menopause and peri-menopause can be times of challenge, growth, and self-discovery. When some of the physical symptoms can be tamed, more of the blessings of menopause can be realized!

This will be a 3-day weekend rich in resources for understanding what is going on physically, as well as gaining tools to help you deal with the specific challenges you are facing.

Your instructors for this course offer you an unusual depth of understanding of the subject, as well as a light-hearted and hope-inspiring approach.

Barbara Bingham created the video Yoga for Menopause. In addition to being a registered yoga teacher, she is also a physical therapist.

Mangala Loper Powers



Mangala Loper-Powers, a registered yoga teacher, has a Master’s in Nursing and has practiced as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for many years. In addition she is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner.



Corinne Hickey is a Classical Homeopath, with 15 years practice experience including working with many women clients experiencing menopause.
