The Expanding Light’s head chef, Premdas Ghirla, leads you in this fun and instructive cooking workshop, with a number of “hands-on” sessions. You’ll learn to prepare the creative, hearty, and satisfying meals for which The Expanding Light is noted. In addition, you’ll learn:

• How to transition to a vegetarian diet;
• Basic kitchen tools and how to use them;
• How to prepare vegetarian sources of protein;
• Simple tips for making your diet more tasty and interesting;
• How to plan your menus and create a beautiful table.

Led by Premdas Ghirla.
