Nicole says:

“One of the things that I love about yoga is that there is something for everyone, regardless of one’s physical, emotional or mental state. I enjoy working with people to find the yoga that works for them.”

From a student:

“Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training offers many assuring ways for a pregnant mother to still have a wonderful yoga practice. Modifications are simple and safe. Nicole definitely has a compassion for her work.”
