Join Swami Kriyananda and the Ananda Community in our annual week of Spiritual Renewal, the highlight of Ananda’s summer for the past 40 years. With this year’s theme, “The Age of Energy — Accelerating Planetary and Personal Evolution,” we’ll learn how to harmonize our own energies with the transformative energy of the planet right now.
We’re living in a time of great confusion on many levels, but when rightly understood, it is a time to make tremendous spiritual progress. This week will be a launching point for greater depth and focus in your spiritual life for years to come.
Spiritual Renewal Week is more than classes: it is 7 days of inspiration and spiritual transformation, through daily yoga and meditation, devotional chanting, inspirational music and theater, fellowship with like-minded seekers, fascinating classes and discussions, and vibrations of great peace and spiritual joy.

The schedule of morning classes at Lotus Lake includes:
Monday: “The Spiritual Transformation of Our Times” with Swami Kriyananda
Tuesday: “Raising Consciousness – True Agent of Transformation” with Jyotish and Devi
Wednesday: “Using Energy to Change your Health, Happiness, and Success” with a panel of speakers
Thursday: “Techniques for Inner Transformation – Meditation, Right Attitudes, Discipleship” with a panel of speakers
Friday: “The Power of the Guru to Change Our Lives” with Swami Kriyananda
Saturday: “Kriya Yoga – Religion for the New Age” with a panel of Kriyacharyas
Sunday Service
Afternoons:
Monday: Learn to meditate or to deepen your meditation
Tuesday: A talk on the Yugas, the cycles of time, or tour of a sustainable community living
Wednesday: Quiet afternoon at Crystal Hermitage
Thursday: Ananda India presentation
Friday: Yogananda’s Healing Prayer techniques
Saturday: The Pilgrim Vow of Intention
Evenings:
Monday: A concert of music by Swami Kriyananda
Tuesday: Kirtan: devotional chanting
Wednesday: “The Peace Treaty”—a play written by Swami Kriyananda
Thursday: An evening at Inspiration House with Ananda’s young people
Friday: A quiet evening or Kriya Initiation for those eligible
Saturday: An Indian Banquet
Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Spiritual Renewal Week - The Age of Energy — Accelerating Planetary and Personal Evolution starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
