On specified Bring a Friend for Free weekends you and your friend can enjoy any of the following events you’d like:
- Twice daily guided Energization Exercises, yoga postures, and meditation
- Instruction in Yogananda’s technique of meditation - invaluable for improving concentration
- An evening of devotional chanting
- Massages at our Center for Radiant Health (at extra charge)
- Peaceful and lovely retreat grounds and facilities
- Walks on Ananda’s 800 acres of beautiful forest and meadowland, including the memorable Sunset Ridge
- Hearty and delicious vegetarian meals
- The Ananda Village Sunday Service
You pay for one private room [standard or deluxe] which your friend gets to share with you for free on Personal Retreat. Prices below are the total prices for both of you for two nights of accommodations, meals, and all activities.
To qualify for this special program, one or both of you must be first-time visitors to The Expanding Light. When you make your reservation, please be sure to provide us with your friend’s name, e-mail address, and postal address.
This discounted offer is not available for those in Tents or RVs.
Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Bring a Friend For Free starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
