Your needs will be listened to and your session can be designed to allow for the most optimum healing. A combination of techniques or one focused technique can be chosen.

  • Deep Myofascial - for the hearty types that may have chronic muscular issues.

  • Lymphatic Drainage - to reduce tissue congestion and pressure in tissues and sinuses.
  • Ayurvedic Body Therapies – includes warm oil massage, Shirodhara, herbal steam, and/or marma point therapy with essential oils and herbal creams.
  • Energy and Prayer Healing - which emanates from the heart chakra, balancing the energy of all chakras, releasing old hurts and hindrances to growth. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing using both Yogananda's techniques and MariEl healing energy work.
  • Therapeutic Essential Oils available in all sessions to enhance your special experience
  • Hot packs available to soften your muscles while relaxing you deeply. Ahhh... so nice.

About Marjorie McDougal, LMP

Marjoie began her private practice in 1989 after her 500 hr training for licensure at the Bernice School of Massage in Seattle, where she learned Swedish, Deep Myofascial, Sports Massage, Acupressure, and other techniques.

Other trainings include: CranioSacral Therapy, Chickly's Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Myosequence - Neuromuscular Release, MariEl Healing (energy work) and Young Living Oils. She works with chiropractors, neurologists, and physicians that prescribe therapy.

A disciple of Yogananda's since 1985, she has been living at Ananda Village since 1991. She is a founding board member of the Center of Radiant Health and has been on the Healing Prayer council since 1988. As practitioner of Western astrology since 1972, Marjorie is available for readings.
