“The past lives of all men are dark with many shames. Everything in future will improve if you are making a spiritual effort now.”
—Sri Yukteswar
The above quotation tells it all. While the past can burden us—either by what we have done, or what has been done to us—we are really not meant to carry that burden.
With wisdom, insight, guidance, and specific tools, you can learn how to release the memories or habits that affect your peace of mind. The teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda will be the basis for strengthening your connection to the present moment, as you release the cords of the past.
During the weekend you’ll gain understanding on how to:
- Let go of past attachments, regrets, resentments
- Use the power of the mind to rise above the past and heal
- Practice meditation as a source of strength and connection with your higher Self
- Tap into your inner guidance to move forward
Guided introspection will help you assess and access your strengths, to help you move forward in freedom. Meditation, purification ceremony, and mantras will add power to your mind and heart to help you transform your life from the inside.
“Instantaneous healing of physical, mental, and spiritual diseases can occur at any moment. The accumulated darkness of ages is dispelled at once by bringing in the light, not by trying to chase out the darkness.” —Paramhansa Yogananda
