Learn How to Meditate for Concentration and Clarity

Not scheduled at this time.

with Sanjan Thelen

"When you can hold your attention of perfect rest without the intrusion of thought and sensations, that is conscious silence! Our attention is like a searchlight. Scattered over a vast area, it becomes weak, but focused on one thing at a time, it becomes powerful. Meditation means that form of attention which you detach from the senses and place on God only. This is the positive side of concentration."
Paramhansa Yogananda

Today's world offers endless distractions. Yet success in anything, from school, to business, to relationships demands an ability to be present in the moment, to be fully engaged with what you are doing.

Some of us feel we are hopeless at concentration. But concentration is a skill that can be learned. In just one weekend, you can gain:

  • An effective and ancient, yet easy-to-practice, technique of meditation
  • Specific tools to help you weed out distractions
  • Aids to develop the skill of concentration in everything you do

Your instructor, Sanjan Thelen, has been teaching meditation and helping people gain the skills of success for the past 15 years.
