Kundalini is the sacred, secret key to enlightenment.
In our current state, kundalini is the magnet at the base of the astral spine that keeps us tied to delusion—it’s our commitment to being separate from God. Spiritual awakening is the uniting of kundalini with the presence of God at the top of the astral spine. Raising kundalini is the central focus of the spiritual path.
How do we raise kundalini? Techniques of meditation, especially Kriya Yoga, are an essential ingredient.
But technique alone cannot coax the kundalini upward. Kundalini is a conscious, divine force that is magnetized to rise through such qualities as devotion, love, generosity of spirit, and kindness. Nayaswami Asha will focus these essential qualities of our spiritual life during her weekend.
Asha is known and loved for her ability to make the spiritual journey inviting, doable, filled with humor at our inevitable foibles, and full of hope for our eventual success.
You will come away from the weekend:
• Heartened about your potential for enlightenment
• Strengthened in your clarity of the road before you
• Clear on how to work with your limitations
• Enthusiastic to live your life with greater openness, love, and self-offering
This weekend can be a springboard for a fresh new beginning in your spiritual journey.
“The first time I heard Asha speak, I asked myself, ‘Who IS that woman!?’ She had such sweetness, yet so much power and poignancy in her words. I felt deeply uplifted. She spoke in a way that was so practical and meaningful for me personally...just what I needed to hear.” — Supriya G., Seattle
