This weekend you’ll enjoy stories of St. Francis, the beloved patron saint of the environment. But more importantly, you will begin to experience God's presence through nature as he did. Through nature activities, storytelling, and a musical presentation of St. Francis’ life, you will feel God’s presence filling you.

Your retreat will include the outdoor activities of world-renowned nature educator Joseph Cornell, to help you find greater love and joy in yourself and in nature. With universal appeal and effectiveness, the activities guide you step by step from wherever you are right now to a place of deep inner calmness.

Saturday evening will include an inspiring blend of music and stories dedicated to St. Francis.

This weekend will be exceptionally refreshing:

• Physically—with The Expanding Light’s guided sessions of Energization Exercises and yoga postures and fabulous vegetarian food
• Mentally— as you relax into guided nature activities and discover a healing sense of inner peace
• Spiritually—as you fill your spirit with stories of St. Francis and time for quiet meditation and reflection

This weekend will be led by Sundara Traymar, Joseph Cornell’s colleague, and the director of Sharing Nature U.S.A.
