Many people find it difficult to create and maintain an on-going daily meditation practice. Is it really because of lack of time, as most people say? Or perhaps it’s because you haven’t yet found meditation rewarding enough to create time for it.
With the right training and sincere effort, anyone can cultivate a satisfying meditation practice that will transform your life, and bring you greater joy than you ever could have imagined.

You never know when you will have a meditation overflowing with peace, joy and profound fulfillment, transforming your consciousness. As time goes by, peace and joy-filled meditations come with greater regularity.
A regular meditation practice will bring you more consistent happiness throughout the day, the strength to rise above moods and negative emotions, and greater harmony in all relationships.
This program is dedicated to those who would like support and a boost to get your regular practice going. Beginners who want a rousing start to your practice are also welcome.
During this 2-day weekend you’ll:
- Learn techniques for deeper concentration
- Practice breathing exercises for calmness and upliftment
- Discover why and how to develop more devotion
- Learn to use prayer to transform your life and yourself
- Learn to practice the presence of God throughout the day

The weekend will include class material and group discussion. We will meditate in sacred spots at Ananda where meditation is more effortlessly uplifting—to give you a taste of what is possible. You can also attend The Expanding Light’s twice-daily sessions of yoga and meditation to help practice what you are learning.
This program will be led by Nayaswami Krishnadas, who has taught meditation for over 30 years. He has helped thousands of people establish successful meditation practices and will help you create a custom meditation practice suited to your particular lifestyle.

Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Recharge Your Meditation Practice starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm.
