Meditation Therapy for Health and Well-being
With Nayaswami Jyotish
2-day weekend
There are no dates currently scheduled.
Doctors, therapists, and even physical trainers recommend meditation to improve your level of happiness, effectiveness, and well-being. With regular meditation, you can feel calm and centered not only when you meditate, but throughout the day.
This special weekend program will be led by Ananda’s Spiritual Director, Nayaswami Jyotish, who has worked closely with Swami Kriyananda since before the founding of Ananda. Jyotish has meditated and taught meditation for over 40 years. Now he shares how to use meditation to make beneficial changes in every aspect of life: relationships, physical and mental health, and overall success in life.
This weekend will include:
- In-depth training in a practical and easy-to-practice technique of meditation
- Latest medical knowledge about meditation and the brain
- How to use affirmations and visualizations
- How to use meditation to help with:
- Problem solving
- Health
- Relationships
- Anxiety, depression, PTSD
- Business solutions and success
Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity to take an important step forward to feel a sense of inner self-mastery and deeper well-being.
Prices are all-inclusive and cover accommodations, meals, classes or activities, and course materials.
Meditation Therapy for Health and Well-being starts the afternoon of the first date listed. It’s ideal to arrive before 4 pm, if you are able to. That way, you can join in the afternoon session of yoga and meditation, which begins at 4:45 pm. Dinner is at 6:30. The first real gathering of your group is at 7:30 pm. If you need to arrive here after 5 pm, that’s fine, but it helps us if you let us know at 800-346-5350. We can also put aside a dinner for you if you need to arrive after 7 pm. The program ends with lunch on the last date. Please see our Daily Schedule.
See Transportation and Directions whether you are coming by plane, car, bus or train. Our Frequent Questions page answers many of the questions you might have about How to Go on Retreat.
