Participation in all classes, student teaching sessions, and at least one daily sadhana session is required in order to receive a certificate of completion.

There are five special sadhanas times* which are required (see schedule below). “Sadhanas” are composed of Energization Exercises, chanting, a few gentle Yoga postures in afternoon and weekend sadhanas, and a time of silent, sitting meditation.
