Kriya Yoga Preparation

You will review the techniques that are part of the Path of Kriya: AUM technique of meditation, Hong-Sau in the spine, Energization Exercises, and other advanced practices to prepare you for Kriya Yoga. There will also be instruction in deepening your discipleship to the line of Kriya Gurus, including a renewal of the Discipleship Initiation ceremony.

Prerequisites: Daily Hong-Sau, Energization, and AUM technique practice, Discipleship, study of the Ananda Course Parts 2 & 3.
