This 3-day weekend will give you the tools and inspiration you need to make your meditation practice more focused and uplifting. You’ll learn how to use meditation to transform your life, and to draw intuitive guidance.

You’ll begin with a review of Yogananda’s Hong-Sau Technique for Concentration and how to use it with more inspiration. (If you’ve never learned this technique, but have practiced meditation before, you’ll be able to enjoy this class.)

The program will focus on the following subjects to help you deepen your experience of meditation:

  • An in-depth class on Yogananda’s Energization Exercises
  • The 8 stages of Self-realization
  • How to draw intuitive guidance
  • What is the role of the guru?
